For $9.99 a month lifters can submit a 30 second video every 72 hours and receive written feedback from multiple coaches that our team of elite coaches and athletes have personally vetted and approved. In addition to this, lifters will also receive access to our hashtag anthology, which will contain an expert-selected list of resources on a huge variety of common lifting issues and terms as well as information on different competitive lifting federations and both competitive and casual strength training programs of all levels. Coaches will receive a coaches rating from the lifters they critique as well as having the opportunity to publish educational resources to the anthology and advertise their website and qualifications on their profile page.
